How do I qualify for an account?

Fill out the “Request an Account” form, found here on the Sign In page. Make sure to include your current, in date license information.

 

How long does it take to receive a product?

It will vary, depending on the product ordered and distance to be shipped, but you can typically expect 2 to 5 business days.

 

What if there is a product I want but cannot find on the Lone Star Customer Portal?

We often fill specific product requests. If you don’t have a sales rep, you can either fill out the custom order form found here, and a sales rep will reach out to you shortly. If you do have a sales rep, you can fill out the form or contact your sales rep directly to get more information.


What if I am already a Lone Star customer?

You can either request a login on the Sign In page, or you can reach out to your sales rep and they will be happy to walk you through the account set up.
