How do I qualify for an account?

Fill out the “Request an Account” form, found here on the ( Sign In ) page. Make sure to include your current, in date license information.

 

How long does it take to receive a product?

It will vary, depending on the product ordered and distance to be shipped, but you can typically expect 2 to 5 business days.

 

What if there is a product I want but cannot find on the Lone Star Customer Portal?

We often fill specific product requests. If you don’t have a sales rep, you can either fill out the custom order form ( found here ), and a sales rep will reach out to you shortly. If you do have a sales rep, you can fill out the form or contact your sales rep directly to get more information.


What if I am already a Lone Star customer?

You can either request a login on the Sign In page, or you can reach out to your sales rep and they will be happy to walk you through the account set up.
